West Coast Weddings made our Wedding Expo Debout on Sunday 24th Oct 2021 at the Perth Convention Centre. Whilst we have exhibited at Open Days before those are specific to a venue, such as the Perth Belltower, this was our first actual Wedding Expo. We designed our display to create the look and feel of a lounge room with gorgeous Wall Art and coffee table albums which were very well received.
To celebrate we launched our new pricing guide - a series of 9 gorgeous postcard images with all the juicy details you need to find our more about us and our services on the back.
Our exclusive "Expo Special" offer is for couples who book with us within a month of the expo (ie by 25th Nov 2021) who will receive not one, but two complimentary 7"x5" parent albums to match their chosen Wedding Album - even if they choose to upgrade their albums from those included in our collections. Couples we spoke to were blown away by this generous offer and the gorgeous sample albums we had to show from some real weddings we have covered recently.
Our contribution to the VIP and the 500 I'm Getting Married bags that attendees were given included a West Coast Weddings Gift Voucher for a complimentary Engagement/Couple shoot and an 8"x12" inch archival art print! This is a "try before you buy" opportunity with no obligation and nothing more to pay. However, we do have a curate range of engagement products that wont break the bank whilst you are saving for your wedding. These Gift Vouchers are valid for use until 31st January 2022. Appointments are limited so make sure you book yours well ahead to avoid disappointment!
We also made couples aware of the no obligation, complimentary Design Consultation that we offer in our studio, or via zoom for those couples who can't attend in person. This is where we get to know each other better and give you some tips and tricks for planning the most amazing wedding day and making the most of your photographic and video coverage.
All in all it was a wonderful day and the time just flew by with so many people stopping to chat and find out more about our combined coverage collections for photography, video and the option of drone.
We have booked three more expos for next year, the first will be the Perth Wedding and Bride Summer Expo on 9th January at Claremont Showgrounds from 9.00am - 5.00pm. Hope to see you there and hear all about your unique love story and how you would like it captured for your wedding - your way!
