From that first initial enquiry be it an email, contact form, messenger or a discovery phone
call or meeting in person at a Wedding Open Day. Those last two are my absolute favourite and the best way for us to hear about your unique love story and to really get to know each other and see it we are the right fit for your wedding day.
Then meeting for your Design Consultation Appointment where we go over in detail what your wedding will look like, feel like, taste like, smell like and create your own bespoke "Mood Board" of images so we ensure nothing gets missed and you get the look and feel to your images that your heart desires. We want to make sure we tell the narrative of your love story through our creative documentary approach to your wedding day.
Doing your complimentary engagement shoot, where we get to know each other even better and you feel totally comfortable working with us, through a combination of relaxed, candid, documentary photographs as well as directed portraits with a difference - fun and laughter guaranteed! This helps your wedding day run super smooth as silk and ensures the most relaxing look to your images.
The week before we do a "check-in" to make sure we are all on track as planned and make any adjustments if your plans have changed.We will have scoped out your venues and locations ahead of time to check out the best light and ideas for backgrounds. If you are having a Rehearsal, we attend this to make sure we totally understand where you will be and when, and what to expect, that we we can plan to be in exactly the right place at the right time at the right angle to get you those amazing photographs and video images that you will treasure for a lifetime.
When the Big Day arrives, you can relax knowing we will have your back the whole way, at West Coast Weddings we treat you as family, and make sure that we go that extra mile to ensure you wedding day is all you hope for, supporting you where needed, so you know that your memories are in creative, caring hands you trust.
The Viewing and Ordering appointment is always exciting, we invite you to the studio for bubbles and nibbles whilst the showcase and reveal your beautiful images and videos so you can re-live the emotion and embrace the day all over again. You get to see and touch samples of our exquisitely handcrafted curated products and check out all the bespoke options to suit your style, taste, home and budget.
A few weeks afterwards your gorgeous Artworks will arrive and we invite you back for the big reveal - this is always fun and often some tears are shed on both sides. But at West Coast Weddings the story doesn't need to end then.... we also have other sides to our business including Pregnancy, Newborn, Family and Pet photography....so we really are your family historians! So at this final appointment it's not goodbye, just Au Revor!
